Which credit cards are accepted for payment?

Here at Trendiscovery, we accept all major credit and debit cards supported by VISA, Mastercard, DISCOVER or AMEX, whether your card is locally issued or a foreign-issued one.

For foreign-issued cards, our checkout page is limited to provide certain addresses only, please indicate on the "complete billing address field" the exact address and post code that matches your card's billing address.

Do not worry, your card details will be protected using industry-leading encryption standards.

Do you keep my credit card details?

No, we do not retain your credit card information after your transactions as it is directly submitted to our banks. Your security is important to us and we take it very seriously. Rest assured every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment.


Can I use a credit card which is not under my name to place an order?

This is not encouraged in terms of transaction safety. However, if you want to use a credit card which is not under your name, please contact us through our CONTACT PAGE so we can provide assistance. You may need to send us a copy of the cardholder's ID and credit card.

If you have a Paypal account, do checkout with Paypal and login to complete your purchase accordingly.

The button below might appear instead as "Check Out as Guest".

 

2. Enter your credit card details

You may also be required to fill in your Address, Phone Number, and E-mail Address, depending on your country of residence. When you are done, click on "Review and Continue".

3. Click on "Pay Now"

4. Click on "No, Thanks" when asked to create a new PayPal account. Your order will then be complete.

After payment, you will shortly receive your order confirmation email to confirm your purchase. Enjoy shopping at our store! :)

Why am I not being re-directed to the PayPal payment page?

There might be an error with your browser's PayPal cookies. To fix this, try deleting your cookies.

Why is PayPal not accepting my credit card?

Please double check the credit card details you have inputted in the PayPal payment page. If you have already ensured that all your details are correct, there is a possibility that you currently own a PayPal account and that it is already linked to your credit card. If that is the case, you can either log into your PayPal account and proceed with payment or use another credit card to complete the purchase instead.

Why am I unable to find a "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option?

Unfortunately, PayPal does not allow direct credit card payment under certain circumstances. This could be due to your geographical location, or the ownership of a PayPal account. You could try to circumvent this problem by deleting your cookies.

 

Payment Status

How can I know if my payment was successful or fail?

Make sure you put in an active email address. An email notification of whether your payment was successful or not will be sent to you once your order is confirmed.

Other Issues

Why did I receive an email requesting me to send a copy of my ID card/ credit card?

At Trendiscovery, we take the security of your identity and online transaction seriously. Therefore we may need to seek your help in sending us a colored scanned copy of your ID card/ credit card (front and back).

We will only begin processing your order once your purchase has been verified. All orders with pending verification after 48 hours from the time of order will be auto-cancelled and refunded.

Why was my order charged the wrong amount?

Q: Why I am unable to complete my purchase? I am a US citizen but I would like my goods to be shipped to Indonesia.

You should be able to make payment regardless of your country of residence. If Paypal does not work for you, please consider using our direct credit card payment gateway instead. It is powered by Stripe, which is another secured payment method.

Q: How do I pay in my own currency? The price displayed in *Foreign Currency* is different from the actual amount I have to pay at checkout. May I know the reason for this discrepancy?

Unfortunately, we are only able to receive payment in USD. Paypal or your credit card/debit card company will automatically convert the amount to be paid in USD to your local currency at market exchange rates.

The prices displayed on our website in your local currency is only for reference and do not reflect the actual amount that you might have to pay, which may include different forex rates and fees.

Q: Can I pay cash upon delivery ? Can I wire/bank transfer you the money personally because I do not have credit card.

Unfortunately, we only accept Paypal and Credit/Debit Card transactions at the moment.
