How long will Order Processing take?
Orders typically take up to 7 days to process before they ship – excluding weekends and holidays. During the holidays, processing times may take up to 14 days. You will receive an email confirming your purchase with the shipping tracking number when your order is shipped out.
How will it take for me to receive my item?
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS. Shipping methods for International Orders will vary based on the shipping address provided.
Transit Time to United States: 5 - 20 Business days
Transit time to International: 10 - 45 Business days
An order takes 3 weeks on average to ship.
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time. The delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
What is the shipping fee for?
Your shipping fee is used to pay for licensing and insurance that protect you and your goods against crafty or hazardous situations.
Which shipping method/courier will you use for the delivery?
The courier services used will depend on the product (location of the fulfillment centers), as well as the delivery address.
ePacket: US/Canada customers (for most products)
Expected Delivery Time: 2-4 weeks
China Post: Rest of the world customers
Expected Delivery Time: 3-5 weeks
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide shipping via the more established courier services (UPS, DHL, Fedex, EMS) as they often cost upwards of $10-20 and will prevent us from pricing our products at a competitive price.
Will I receive a Tracking Number?
Each product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends time to source for quality yet affordable products. While we are unable to provide tracking for your products, our company will ensure that you get your order. Any missing items will be reshipped to you, free of charge.
I ordered multiple items but I have only received one/some of them. Why?
We do our best to reduce costs on your end so that you do not have to pay high taxes/premiums to get your items! If you ordered multiple items from us, it is highly likely that the goods will be shipped in several packages. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive. The prices shown on the receipts received MAY be lower from what you have paid but please note that these prices do not include any TAXES & TARIFFS that may have been incurred.
I placed an order but I did not receive an order confirmation email. What's going on?
Please ensure that you enter the correct email address when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see whether your confirmation email has been sent there. If there is still no confirmation email, please send us a message through our support team at our email@example.com
May I make changes to my Order/Shipping Address?
We usually process orders on the same day they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us at our firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we cannot make any promises. If the item(s) has/have already been shipped from our fulfillment center, we cannot make any changes to the order. In that case, you can return the incorrect item to our corporate offices and we will swap it for the correct item.
Is there any domestic area Trendiscovery cannot deliver to?
Trendiscovery can deliver to all serviceable areas. However, there are still some geographical restrictions.
Is there somewhere I can go to view the products before purchasing?
Trendiscovery is an online store, we do not have any physical stores or branches.

Can you deliver the package to my office?
Trendiscovery will deliver your order following the address you provide during checkout, whether it is your house address or office address.
In case you want to change your shipping address afterward, please send us your inquiry at our firstname.lastname@example.org, we will help you to update the address and also send you a confirmation once done.
NOTE: Shipping addresses can only be updated if the orders have not been shipped out yet. Once shipped, we can no longer change the invoices since these are already printed and orders have already been handed over to our couriers.
What if I am not at home when the package arrives?
You may need to sign a letter of authorization as a confirmation and indicate a second party at the point of purchase to identify the person.
You can also contact our customer service at our email@example.com immediately after purchasing to inform us. The third party should present a valid ID along with the letter of authorization from you.
The tracking number provided to me is invalid/ not working, what should I do?
Generally, after we ship your package, it will be processed by our third-party carrier, then they scan and enter the tracking information. There might be a delay between these scanning events and tracking availability in their system.
Usually, it takes a few days for processing, therefore the tracking information may not appear online immediately.
If after 2 weeks you still have problems with your tracking number, please reach out to us at our firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you right away.
